Clean Tech came to the rescue in our time of need! We had a room on our third floor of the Minot Staybridge Suites flooded by an accidental water faucet being left on by a guest. It not only flooded that room, but the two rooms directly below it as well. As soon as we called Clean Tech, a team was assembled and was dispatched to our hotel. Within minutes Jessica and her team had assessed the situation, documented all the required information that the Insurance Company required and began the extracting of sheet rock that needed to be taken out for safety precautions. The team drilled holes in strategic locations and set up heaters with a solid ventilation system to properly dry out the rooms' core building materials. Once all the rooms had been completely dry they used their machine to ensure that all moisture was gone.
Clean Tech partnered with other contractors by scheduling them in sequence to come onto the property to complete the task at hand on schedule. The isolation contractor was first and then the sheet rocker came in, then the tape and texture person, followed by the painter. The final step was the cleaning crew arriving and finishing the project with a top quality job. Our rooms had the furniture moved back with ease and were able to be rented out on schedule.
They have also worked with our staff on training them how to clean up numerous stains, soils and restoration accidents. This will allow us to be more cost efficient and strengthen our partnership for the long term. When a disaster will happen in the future I will call the team at Clean Tech first! I know the job will be done right! Thank you for your professionalism and coming in under the budget of the insurance adjuster by over $100! Awesome Job!!

The Team at Clean Tech does a great job, the restoration industry is a very tough industry to be in as most of the work that happens is unplanned. As another professional in the industry I would highly recommend them for all your water & fire damage needs!

The worker was very knowledgeable, prepared to do the job and professional. He was able to remove all the stains and dog smell from our carpet. Also of great importance, I dropped a diamond earring on the floor and didn't pick it up as I was running behind my toddler. I didn't remember until after my carpet had been cleaned. I called after hours to report my mistake of leaving it on the floor. I made contact with headquarters who contacted the local technician after hours who responded promptly and check his equipment and found my earring!!!!! He also personally delivered it to me that night. I'm so thankful for his honest and professionalism. I would highly recommend this company. As I have experienced 2 others companies here in minot throughout the years and none have matched their level of cleanliness and professionalism.
